TRUMBAUERSVILLE, Pa. — Andrew Struebing, President of North American Specialty Glass (NASG), the Trumbauersville-based producer of high-performance safety and security transparency systems, has announced the selection of C. B. Leflar as Sales Manager for the company. His responsibilities include sales for NASG’s armored, architectural and specialty glass product lines.

Prior to joining NASG, Leflar, 29, had served as Technical Sales Consultant for Naugatuck Glass, a premier manufacturer of flat glass, mirror, metalized and commercial optical components for industrial gauge, automotive, marine, electronic, information display and medical device applications. From 2002 until 2006, Leflar was president and owner of Hardcase, a provider of chemically strengthened glass for high-tech market applications such as touch screens and computer displays. Naugatuck purchased Hardcase in 2006. Leflar remained with the company as a consultant.

Leflar is a GE certified Six Sigma Green Belt – a competency that identifies critical customer quality issues and business process failures that impact customer quality expectations.

He resides in Upper Pottgrove, PA with his wife, Breana, and their two sons, Finnegan and Shamus. Leflar’s interests include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art and combative sport, and golf.
