Trumbauersville,
Pa., February 1, 2007 - North American Specialty Glass (NASG)
exhibited at the American Correctional Association's (ACA) Winter Conference
at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa. FLA, January 19-24.
ACA, headquartered in Alexandria, Va., is the
oldest and largest non-profit international correctional association
in the world, serving all disciplines within the corrections profession -
including designers and builders of government facilities and law
enforcement buildings.
The
ACA Winter Conference combines an exhibition of materials, equipment, and
services for the corrections industry with a forward-thinking technical
conference. For thousands of correction professionals, the conference provides
an opportunity to meet with top industry experts, consult with the sales and
technical staff of leading suppliers, and observe first-hand the wide variety of
new products and technologies companies serving the corrections industry have to
offer.
The NASG exhibit highlighted the company's
architectural transparency product portfolio of glass and polycarbonate
laminated window systems engineered to provide front line protection against
physical and mechanical attack in institutional applications.
"ACA conferences provide NASG with a platform
on which to strengthen our customer relationships and accelerate the acceptance
of our products throughout the corrections industry," said Eric Carlson, Sales
Manager, Architectural Products. " It also gives NASG
an opportunity to display the commitment we have to the industry in terms of
professional service and market-focused products."
The recognized industry leader in the development of glass and polycarbonate
laminate technology, North American Specialty Glass devotes substantial
resources to continually evaluate new products and equipment in an effort to
provide engineered transparency systems for the security and protection needs of
today's changing world.
